About Ramitta

Founded in 1923, Ramitta was the brainchild of an aspiring barber who placed a special importance to the crafts and principles of the fabled Barbers of Turkey. As he got older and wiser, he passed this valuable knowledge to his kins, where the renowned family participated passionately and immensely in charity work at central prisons and organisations to provide razor shaves and haircuts to those in need. When the craftsmanship was passed on to the third generation, the mastery was further honed and transformed into a professional career when the young but highly resourceful grandson shared the art in Italy from 1980 to 1990. Today, it has evolved to become the paragon of men’s grooming internationally, rightfully giving justice and recognition to the earliest pioneer of Ramitta.

Ramitta is a Samean word which means a high place. The special term befittingly gives significance to the head, which tops the human body and the hair which crowns it all. On the whole, Ramitta delightfully brings together tonsorial expertise and three generations of heritage and legacy.
